Insurance:
Genetic testing and counseling are covered by the majority of major insurance carriers. HCC will submit claims for in-network carriers, on your behalf, for the counseling appointments. Where covered, these are treated as specialist visits with specialist co-pay and/or deductible collected at the time of your visit.
Claims for the testing portion are handled by the testing lab.
HCC is an in-network provider with the following insurance carriers:

- Medcost
- United Healthcare
